SEVENTEEN, the popular South Korean boy group, will be bringing the “ODE TO YOU” tour to Kuala Lumpur next year. SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [ODE TO YOU] IN KUALA LUMPUR will be held at Axiata Arena on 22 February 2020, their first time performing in an arena in Malaysia. CARATs (fans of SEVENTEEN) have been anticipating for the concert ever since the ticketing details and seat map announcement was made by the organizer, iMe MY, and the long wait was finally over after yesterday’s official ticket launch.
SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [ODE TO YOU] IN KUALA LUMPUR ticket launch was held 2nd October at Atria Shopping Gallery, 11am. Before the ticket launch officially started, around 1,000 fans queued at the mall in hope to buy the tickets they desired, resulting the mall to be crowded with people before it was even opened.
The offline sale lasted for 5 hours until 4pm. After the offline sale has ended, the organizer iMe MY made an announcement that tickets of CAT 1 and CAT 3 were completely sold out. On the same day, fans who were unable to attend the offline sale, bought their tickets online that was launched from 6pm onwards. Due to the overwhelming response from fans, the system was down. Few hours after the online sale was officiated, the remaining tickets of CAT 1, CAT 2 and CAT 3 were officially sold out, which left the VIP and ODE zones with limited tickets.
SEVENTEEN recently held their 3 days show “ODE TO YOU” tour in Seoul in September. The concert tickets for the 3 days show were instantly sold out, proving their unbeatable popularity. The 13 members consisting S.coups, Wonwoo, Mingyu, Vernon, Woozi, Jeonghan, Joshua, DK, Seungkwan, Hoshi, Jun, The8 and Dino have given all fans memorable nights with their wonderful performances. SEVENTEEN is soon to return to Malaysia for their third visit and their exciting performances are definitely something everyone is looking forward to!
The name of the tour [ODE TO YOU] actually holds the special meaning of “song for you”. On top of that, they have recently released their third album “An Ode” which 11 of the songs were composed by Woozi (one of the members of SEVENTEEN) and Bumzu. The participation of the other members in composing the lyrics for their title songs “FEAR” and “HIT” have caught the attention of the public. The dark concept and their ever-promising choreography in their latest comeback that showcased their sexy side have successfully made their fans go crazy for them.
The long-awaited SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [ODE TO YOU] IN KUALA LUMPUR will be held at Axiata Arena on 22 February 2020, 7pm. Tickets will be priced at RM687 (Standing and seated), RM587 (ODE Zone), RM587 (CAT 1), RM487 (CAT 2) and RM287 (CAT 3) excluding RM4 processing fee.
