MyKpopHuntress was established in 2009 by a group of aficionados of Korean culture and Korean entertainment. While it had first started out as a hobby, passion drove the founders to grow the website and its brand name into a trusted source of event news and coverage.

MyKpopHuntress is based predominantly in Malaysia. We have done a substantial amount of coverage of Kpop events in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and even Korea. While the Hallyu wave has swept the Southeast Asian region with a force, events continue to be inaccessible to large sections of fans. With the use of social media, MyKpopHuntress aims to be able to bring the events to the fans instead.
